Sports Chiropractor
Dr. Wendy Mehaffey D.C., C.C.S.P., I.C.S.C., C.S.C.S., C.I.D.N.
A board-certified chiropractic physician since 2004; holding a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College.
Being a lifelong athlete, Dr. Wendy was naturally drawn towards the sports side of chiropractic care.
She furthered her education with post-graduate certificates in Sports Chiropractic with the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (CCSP), Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP), the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (ICSC). Currently, she partners with the University of Vermont and St. Michael's College providing their athletes care as part of their Athletic Medicine Team.
Additionally, Dr. Mehaffey has certifications in Advanced Integrative Dry Needling, RockTape-Advanced, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dr. Mehaffey also holds a Mathematics degree from St. Michael's College.
Dr. Mehaffey enjoys playing and coaching ice hockey, as well as competing in Ironman triathlons.

Onsite Chiropractor
Dr. Erik Vose D.C.
Dr. Vose treats patients for a range of conditions from sports injuries to chronic pain by focusing on the entire musculoskeletal system. He treats patients in the Middlebury and Essex areas and has worked with Epic Performance since early 2018.
Dr. Vose is also currently the Vice President of the Vermont Chiropractic Association and is dedicated to increasing access to chiropractic care for Vermonters as well as ensuring that the Chiropractic profession continues to gain relevance in the realm of healthcare by leading the health and wellness movement. When Erik isn’t on adventures with his wife and two young girls, he likes to spend his time on his mountain bike or snowboard and still aspires to be a drummer in a rock & roll band.

Onsite Chiropractor
Dr. Allison Ailor D.C.
Dr. Allison Ailor is a native Vermonter raised in the heart of Jericho. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in Florida in 2020. While in school, she simultaneously completed Parker University's Animal Chiropractic Program and 100 hours certification training in Acupuncture.
Dr. Ailor received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in 2012 from Northeastern University in Environmental Geology and Mathematics.
During and after graduation, she performed and competed as a hip-hop dancer, in the greater Boston, San Francisco, and Burlington areas. It was during this time in her life that she received life-altering care from chiropractor Dr. Bradley Weiss, which was inspirational in her journey to become a chiropractor. Coming full circle, in 2021, Dr. Ailor had the privilege to work as an associate with Dr. Weiss in Natick, MA.
Dr. Ailor utilizes ART coupled with manual chiropractic manipulation to relieve pain and restore function to her patients.

Billing Manager
Sarah Hogan
Sarah has been the Billing Manager at Epic Performance and has been with the Epic Team since 2014. A local native, Sarah was born and raised in Jeffersonville, VT. She met her husband, Matt, while attending Saint Michael’s College. In 2007, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
She now resides in Fairfax with their three young children. Sarah is passionate about health, fitness and being outdoors. In her free time, when she isn’t chasing/chauffeuring her children around she enjoys a hot cup of coffee and catching up with friends.
