Meet Our Team
Dr. Wendy Mehaffey, D.C.
A board certified chiropractic physician since 2004; holding a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College, she obtained her Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner certification in 2005. Dr. Mehaffey also holds a Mathematics degree from St. Michael's College. Additionally, Dr. Mehaffey holds SFMA, ICCSP and Advanced Dry Needling (IDN) certifications and is a graduate of the Vermont School of Massage Therapy.
Dr. Mehaffey developed an interest in natural approaches to healthcare at an early age after she suffered with migraine headaches as a teenager. The limited relief she received with conventional medicine left a strong impression on her – perhaps conventional medicine has limits and to achieve good health it may take steps towards a more natural solution. Dr. Wendy found her resolution within proper nutrition, chiropractic care and massage therapy and thus pursued a massage therapy certificate and a doctorate in chiropractic with a concentration in sports chiropractic a few years later.
After graduation from chiropractic college, Dr. Mehaffey and her husband started a clinic in Denver, Colorado in 2004 and ran the center until the fall of 2010 when they moved back to Vermont to raise a family.
Dr. Mehaffey is a Vermont native and enjoys running and playing ice hockey.
Dr. Teri Dodge, D.C.
Dr. Teri Dodge is a 2007 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. As a Northfield, Vermont native she returned to practice in her home state as an associate Doctor in 2008. The goal to become a doctor started when she sustained a high school soccer injury and became a chiropractic patient herself. It was then, as a senior, three time state champion and captain of the Northfield Marauders, that Dr. Dodge learned the value of Chiropractic treatment as providing more than physical healing.
When not at her office taking care of patients, Dr. Dodge can be found gardening and grooming horses at her home in East Burke with Blue, the family dog, looking on. On warm days she enjoys a scenic ride on her motorcycle and she’ll never turn down a chance to jump into a soccer game. Dr. Dodge and her family strive for balanced, natural and active lives in and out of the office.

Having this history, Lauren chose to receive acupuncture in 2007 on a regular basis to assist in healing from a sustained injury. As though a light-switch had been turned on, she realized that the community and work of alternative healing was the avenue she wanted to pursue!
In June of 2012 Lauren graduated from Touchstone Healing Arts in Burlington, Vermont as a Certified Massage Practitioner. Her career began in May of 2012 at the very same chiropractor’s office that she had been attending all her life. As an employee of retail for 5 years prior to massage school, her hope of bringing an awareness of Wellness in the Workplace to many is fueled by her experience in a setting where that was not present. Currently, Lauren is the Onsite Director and oversees Provider Training.
