CEO of Epic Wellness & Onsite Chiropractor
Dr. Erik Vose D.C.
Dr. Vose treats patients for a range of conditions from sports injuries to chronic pain by focusing on the entire musculoskeletal system. He is the owner of Epic Wellness and treats patients primarily in Middlebury Vermont and at the UVM campus.
Dr. Vose also pops around to other sites Epic Wellness serves and oversees the Epic crew. He has enjoyed working with Epic Wellness since 2018 and took over ownership November 2023.
Dr. Vose is also the President of the Vermont Chiropractic Association and is dedicated to increasing access to Chiropractic care for Vermonters as well as ensuring that the Chiropractic profession continues to gain relevance in the realm of healthcare by leading the health and wellness movement. When Erik isn't on adventures with his kids, he likes to spend time in his hockey skates, on his mountain bike, or snowboard and still aspires to be a drummer in a rock and roll band.

Dr. Allison Ailor D.C.
Dr. Allison Ailor is a native Vermonter raised in the heart of Jericho. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in Florida in 2020. While in school, she simultaneously completed Parker University's Animal Chiropractic Program and 100 hours certification training in Acupuncture.
Dr. Ailor received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in 2012 from Northeastern University in Environmental Geology and Mathematics.
During and after graduation, she performed and competed as a hip-hop dancer, in the greater Boston, San Francisco, and Burlington areas. It was during this time in her life that she received life-altering care from chiropractor Dr. Bradley Weiss, which was inspirational in her journey to become a chiropractor. Coming full circle, in 2021, Dr. Ailor had the privilege to work as an associate with Dr. Weiss in Natick, MA.
Dr. Ailor utilizes ART coupled with manual chiropractic manipulation to relieve pain and restore function to her patients.

Dr. Mary Poth D.C.
Dr. Mary Poth grew up in Ohio where she found her interest in Chiropractic care after experiencing the benefits receiving care for a running injury. Dr. Poth received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She also teaches fitness classes and yoga.
Outside of work Dr. Poth loves spending time outdoors, playing soccer, tennis, swimming, Science, Math, winter, hiking, being a restaurant Conosur with her partner, and caring for her 20-pound fluffy puppy. She loves winter and anything outdoors which is what drew her to Vermont and looks forward to helping patients reach their health goals.

Gina Gaiotti, C.M.T., L.M.T.
Gina completed her massage and Asian Bodywork training from Centerpoint: School of Massage and Shiatsu in 2005. She has been a provider in the profession since her graduation.
She has had a private practice, worked in a large Chiropractic clinic, luxury spa's in Vermont and has recently joined the Epic crew. Gina has been continuing her education over the years in a variety of bodywork and energy medicine modalities. Her favorite approach is to integrate all of her tools to treat the individual and come up with the perfect recipe on a case by case moment by moment basis. Her integrated work proves to provide relief from pain and stress to a wide variety of people in a range of settings.
